I ordered the SOFT HUG, a 100% butter and sourdough Pangocciole with milk cream, caramel toffee, and peanut spread. It was very good, a large size (I recommend having it if there are two of you). Then I ordered the specialty of the month, the BACIOCCO, a PAIN SUISSE CHOCOLATE DOUGH WITH A COCONUT AND DARK CHOCOLATE INSERT, FILLED WITH MILK & COCONUT PASTRY CREAM. It was incredibly good, crunchy on the outside, and the cream inside was delicious. Then I also ordered the BLACK & WHITE 100% BUTTER AMERICAN COOKIE WITH DARK CHOCOLATE DOUGH, MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS, AND A WHITE CHOCOLATE CENTER. This one was also very good.

I realize there are many reviews complaining about the high prices... but the quality is equally high. After all, the simplest puff pastry, whether unfilled or with a filling, costs much less than the more complex ones. I started out skeptical because it seemed too hyped up by social media, so I didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised!! The puff pastry is buttery and delicious, and the quality is top notch. The cookie is perhaps too sweet, but that's a matter of personal preference. I'll definitely be back!!

Very fast service, very friendly staff (whom I asked for advice on choosing, given the embarrassment of choice), and a wide selection of products with equally available ones. Baciocco (cost €5.50) was delicious, you could taste the dark chocolate and the coconut cream was very delicate, everything well balanced. The internal composition was beautiful to look at and good to eat, the external pastry was not at all dry, fresh, crumbly and crunchy, just as it should be. Chocolate brioche (€2.70 plus €0.90 for the cream) simple but very good, very soft dough with the addition of a cold milk cream, very light but with a recognizable flavor. 10 for both, I would return and will gladly return to try the new and must-haves of the place!!!

High-quality puff pastry and incredibly well-crafted. Perhaps the best custard I've ever tasted, along with the black cherry stracciata and the "limonami" cream, which was truly exceptional. The only things I didn't like, in my opinion, were the cake inside the "limonami" cake was a bit dry and lacking in lemon flavor (the product itself is delicious), and the milk cream for the "sacher love" was rather cloying, although it paired beautifully with the apricot. Highly recommended, and definitely worth returning to!

Even before entering the shop, the call of leavened pastries greets you from afar! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Top-notch cleanliness! Everything is designed down to the smallest detail! Seeing the ovens in full view is a truly captivating experience! High-quality products and... DELICIOUS! From the puff pastries to the biscuits! The croissant is gigantic and super-stuffed! Not to mention the pan goccioli, which felt like you were eating a cloud 🥰 In short, I'll definitely be back with great pleasure! A BEAUTIFUL DISCOVERY!

The brioche was incredibly soft, the softest and airiest I've ever eaten in my life, incredibly fluffy and delicious. The cinnamon roll was also very good. For my personal taste, the cream filling wasn't quite up to par with the filling, but it wasn't bad. I'll definitely be back. The price is definitely higher than average, but it's worth it. I appreciate the format, and the staff was also very friendly and the service was quick.

We went to Bakami and tried two pangoccioli and a caramellotto... simply delicious! The desserts were incredibly fresh, indulgent, and beautifully balanced in flavor, a true treat for the palate. Special praise goes to the young woman who served us: her rare kindness and sweetness made the experience even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed with a genuine smile. An experience I'll definitely repeat. The puff pastry was perfect, and the lactose-free version was delicious. Kudos to you for offering those with lactose intolerances the opportunity to enjoy these delicacies. Plus, the order arrived in just a few minutes.

Simply the best sfogliatelle in Naples. Super fresh ingredients, generous and delicious fillings. I recommend going on weekend mornings for the best experience; the place will be less crowded.
